Mission Statement

The Clarksville Stormwater Department is dedicated to protecting Clarksville's waterways from pollution and our residents from flooding. To accomplish this, we endeavor to provide an effective storm water utility through education, comprehensive planning, and timely implementation using cost-effective maintenance and repair procedures.
