The Clarksville Sister Cities Initiative began in January 1998 when a group of interested members of the Clarksville community joined together to seek an overseas community with which to affiliate. Clarksville now has two Sister Cities - one in England and one in France. We are building new friendships and new understanding of people, not only in these two countries but all over the world.
