The Human Resources Department works with each department, police, and fire commissions to ensure fair hiring, promotion and disciplinary practices throughout The Town of Clarksville government employment. The department administers programming relating to recruitment, testing and hiring, benefits and training. The department handles recruitment, training, assignment evaluation, promotion, discipline, career development, benefits, and retirement programs for employees.
